1. About us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, classes and services provided by The Other Network.

By booking or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved booking platforms

  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking

  • We are not currently VAT registered (unless otherwise stated)

3. Cancellations & refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • If you can no longer attend, tickets may be transferable at our discretion

  • If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer

4. Event changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event content

  • Instructors or facilitators

  • Timing or venue

We will notify attendees where possible.

5. Health & participation disclaimer

Some events may include movement-based activities such as Pilates, yoga or gentle exercise.

By attending, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You take part at your own risk

  • You will inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, pregnancy or conditions

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Other Network is not liable for:

  • Loss, injury or damage to personal property

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

7. Code of conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse attendance or remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Photography & media

Photographs or videos may be taken at events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us at the event.

9. Intellectual property

All content, materials and branding belong to The Other Network and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
